Sharkapalooza is more than a festival — it's a platform for organizations doing meaningful work. We welcome nonprofit organizations whose missions align with ocean conservation, marine wildlife, environmental stewardship, or the arts to join us as booth participants. Your presence at Sharkapalooza helps educate our attendees, grow your audience, and advance the work that matters.

Booth space for qualifying nonprofits is complimentary.

Do You Qualify?

To be considered, your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission aligns with one or more of the following:

• Ocean, shark, or marine conservation

• Environmental conservation or stewardship

• Art and creative community programs

What's Required?

Sharkapalooza is a conservation engagement and education event. Our mission is to connect

the public with ocean conservation and marine life protection. We ask our conservation partners

to participate with engaging displays and exhibits, educational games and activities, and

volunteers and staff that can share their experience and knowledge.

• One complimentary booth space (10x10)

• Exposure to thousands of attendees, families, and conservation-minded community members

• Date: March 20-21, 2027

• Location: St. Petersburg Pier, Spa Beach, St. Petersburg, Florida

• Event Hours: Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm & Sunday: 9 am - 3 pm

Green Policy

Sharkapalooza is committed to reducing our environmental footprint — and we ask our nonprofit partners to share that commitment. As a participant, please keep the following in mind:

• Pack it in, pack it out. You are responsible for removing all trash, materials, and signage from your booth space at the end of each day.

• Minimize single-use plastics. Avoid plastic bags where possible and encourage reusable or recycled materials at your booth.

• Sustainable materials encouraged. If you distribute handouts, brochures, or promotional items, we encourage the use of recycled or minimal materials where possible. We understand this isn't always feasible, and that's okay.

• Leave your space as you found it. Booth areas should be left clean and clear at the end of each show day and at load-out.​

 

Equipment

Artists/Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent, tables, and chairs for their 10x10 space. The event is outdoors.

When you reach out, let them know you're a Sharkapalooza 2027 vendor and have your business name, billing address, phone number, and email ready. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order, with final payment due no later than March 5, 2027.

Important Information

• A completed Waiver of Liability is required for all participants. Please review and complete the waiver before or at the time of your application.​

• We highly encourage nonprofits to feature an interactive outreach activity at their booth. It's not a requirement, but hands-on activities drive significantly more foot traffic and engagement — and give attendees a meaningful way to connect with your mission

• All booth materials and displays must be family-friendly

• Booth space is limited — not all applicants are guaranteed a spot

• Organizations will be notified of their status by September 15, 2026

• Overnight security is on-site Friday and Saturday nights. Sharkapalooza Inc. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items at any time, including overnight hours, even with security present.

 

Participation Agreement

Please review the following terms before submitting your application.

Promotion

• The Sharkapalooza Foundation may include your organization's name, logo, and description in event marketing, social media, and press materials.

• By participating, you grant Sharkapalooza permission to use event photography or video featuring your booth for promotional purposes.

​

Cancellation

• If your organization must cancel, written notice must be provided to Sharkapalooza Inc. at least 30 days prior to the event.

• Sharkapalooza Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
