Food / Bev Truck Application

Dive In With Us

Sharkapalooza is looking for food and beverage trucks that take their craft seriously. We partner with vendors who carry proper insurance, operate professionally, and have a reputation for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service. Food truck spots are limited and selected by the Sharkapalooza committee to ensure a well-rounded menu experience for our attendees. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and vendors are notified as spots are filled.

Vendors must be present and operational for the full duration of both event days.

Equipment Rentals

Need a tent, tables, or chairs? We've partnered with Elite Events & Rentals to make it easy. Equipment is available to rent directly through them — pricing varies based on your booth location (beach vs. grass) and setup needs, so they'll provide a custom quote when you call or email.

To place an order or get pricing, contact Elite Events & Rentals directly:

When you reach out, let them know you're a Sharkapalooza 2027 vendor and have your business name, billing address, phone number, and email ready. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order, with final payment due no later than March 5, 2027. We highly recommend ordering early — availability is limited.

Overnight Security & Liability

Overnight security will be on-site Friday and Saturday nights. While we take reasonable precautions to maintain a secure environment, Sharkapalooza Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, inventory, or personal belongings left on-site overnight or during the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions with high-value items.

Food Restrictions

The following items are not permitted to be sold or distributed at Sharkapalooza:

  • Alcoholic beverages (unless specifically approved in writing by the event organizers)

  • Seafood not caught locally (all other seafood must be approved by the Sharkapalooza planning committee)

  • Single-use plastic water bottles

We encourage vendors to offer canned water, boxed water, or other sustainable beverage options. Guests will be encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and utilize refill stations throughout the event.

Green Policy

Sharkapalooza is committed to protecting our oceans — starting right here on land. We understand that food service operations often require certain materials for sanitation and safety. We simply ask that all food vendors make a conscious effort to reduce plastic use wherever possible and choose recycled or eco-friendly alternatives when available.

When feasible, please:

  • Use compostable, recyclable, or paper-based packaging instead of plastic

  • Minimize single-use plastics such as cutlery, straws, lids, and condiment packets

  • Choose recycled-content products when plastic is necessary for health code compliance

Recyclable waste must be deposited in the proper receptacles provided on-site (plastic, aluminum, cardboard).

Together, we can protect the ocean beyond the shoreline and create an event that reflects our mission of conservation, education, and community impact.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@sharkapalooza.org.
